2. Shipping Destinations, Rates, and Delivery Time

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

Estimated delivery within 2–3 business days after dispatch.

Lost Packages
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us within 4 days after the estimated delivery time so we can assist in investigating the issue with the courier.

Damaged Packages
If your item arrives damaged, please keep the packaging and take photos of the damage. Contact us as soon as possible so we can help resolve the issue quickly.
